Digital Media Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and execute day-to-day social media operations across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to audiences in the U.S. and European markets.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with marketing, creative, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across regions.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct audience research and stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities within U.S. and European markets.
- Support paid social media campaigns by coordinating with advertising and marketing teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, follower growth, and overall social media effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, events, and marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management, social media operations, or digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts targeting U.S. and European audiences.
- Strong understanding of audience behavior, content trends, and social media best practices in North American and European markets.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent written English communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and regions.
- Experience working with remote or international teams is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of paid social advertising, audience targeting, and campaign optimization is an advantage.
- Experience supporting e-commerce, SaaS, B2B, or consumer brands in the U.S. and Europe.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and community management.
- Experience with AI-powered content and social media tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed to support multiple time zones.
