Sales Development
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities (cold calls and client visits)
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and leads
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
Client Operations Oversight
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products
Customer Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with key clients
- Gather feedback from customers
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and their Google Suite Equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
