Digital Sales and Platform Associate

About the Role
Jimini Foods Group is building its digital function from the ground up. As a Digital Sales and Platform Associate, you will manage Jimini’s presence on all delivery platforms, ensuring listings, menus, and promotions are accurate, optimized, and driving revenue. This is a hands-on role—you’ll build the system, set standards, and see the direct impact of your work.
What You Will Do
Platform Management
- Maintain brand listings on GrabFood, Foodpanda, and future platforms .
- Monitor dashboards, spot trends, and flag issues.
- Activate and manage promotions and campaigns.
- Track ratings, reviews, and customer feedback, coordinating responses as needed.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain delivery sales reports across all brands.
- Turn platform data into actionable insights.
- Track metrics to measure growth over time.
Coordination
- Align platform activity with marketing campaigns.
- Work with operations and branch teams to ensure accurate product information.
- Flag gaps between platform listings and real product offerings.
What We Are Looking For
Required:
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfort with data and analytics
- Commercial mindset focused on driving sales
- Self-starter attitude
- Good communication in Filipino and English
Preferred:
- Experience managing online stores (Shopee, Lazada)
- Familiarity with GrabFood or Foodpanda dashboards
- Background in F&B, retail, or FMCG
- Basic Google Sheets/Excel skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools
- Prior exposure to franchise or multi-brand operations
Note: This is an ownership and operations role. It is not primarily a content creation role. Your focus will be on ensuring delivery platform operations run at their best every day.
