About the role
We are seeking a diligent and organized Fulfillment Assistant to join our team at Hiessence Consumer Goods Trading' in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders.
What you'll be doing
- Process and prepare customer orders for dispatch (picking, packing, and labeling).
- Ensure order accuracy by verifying items, quantities, and shipping details.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and couriers for timely deliveries.
- Assist in inventory monitoring, stock counting, and replenishment reporting.
- Update order status and fulfillment records in the system.
- Perform other operational tasks as assigned.
What we're looking for
- High School graduate or vocational course; college level is an advantage.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment is an advantage but not required.
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems or order management tools.
- Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays when needed.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and reliability.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
