Mandarin Healthcare Call Center Agent

Position: Mandarin Healthcare Call Center Agent Company Industry: America’s Leading Brand for Trusted Medicine and Medical Devices Work Location: BGC, Taguig City Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000 (High Base Salary + Language Allowances) Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-Up (Once a week, onsite)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

  • Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who can speak conversational Mandarin.
  • Basic to Conversational in the English Language.
  • Highly preferred Fresh Graduates, and No Experience is Required
  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in any Life Science or Healthcare-related Course (i.e. Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, etc.) is a big plus.
  • Having a Mandarin Pharmaceutical Help Desk
is a big advantage, but no experience is required to apply, as the training is provided for those willing to undergo training.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

  • Answer basic Calls and Email inquiries from Chinese Medical Professionals.
  • Answer concerns like Usage instructions, Expiration dates, and dosages
  • Guide partners on the proper usage of medicine and devices
  • Provide possible side effects of the medicines
  • Forward issues to higher support if considered escalations
  • Assist Mandarin patients with questions with accurate responses.
