JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Open for undergraduates
- With at least 1-3 year of experience in Customer Service in a BPO Company
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Willing to work fully onsite in Clark, Pampanga
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and effective resolution to issues.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure all concerns are fully addressed and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Generate and analyze reports to identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for improving service quality.
- Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date customer records across all relevant systems.
- Perform additional duties and support various tasks as assigned to enhance team performance and overall service delivery.
