Position Overview:
As a Referral Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving and processing referrals, maintaining accurate records in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and updating referral logs. You will also communicate with patients and clients to help ensure a smooth and efficient referral process. This role is ideal for individuals with healthcare experience who possess strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
