We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to support executive and real estate operations. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating property transactions, communicating with clients, maintaining records, managing leads, and providing administrative and marketing support.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and deadlines.
- Communicate with clients, buyers, sellers, and agents.
- Update property listings and transaction records.
- Monitor leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Schedule property viewings and meetings.
- Prepare contracts, reports, and documents.
- Assist with property marketing and social media posts.
- Research properties and prepare reports.
- Handle emails, data entry, and filing.
