Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the accounting team and daily accounting operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Oversee internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Work with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is A PLUS
- 3–5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
