Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
Responsible for processing customer orders, accurate data entry, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and encode customer orders accurately
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams
- Monitor order status and ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare invoices, reports, and related documentation
- Handle customer inquiries regarding orders
- Maintain organized and updated transaction records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Open to fresh graduates
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
