Field Sales Jr. Manager

- Ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Promotes products in his/her designated territory.
- Assists in the conduct of product demonstration and similar activities.
- Establish a good relationship with the customers and key decision makers.
- Conduct negotiations on the sale of medical products.
- Supervise team in selling medical and laboratory products in accordance to company rules.
- Ensure monthly collection performance.
- Facilitates purchase by the hospital and collect payments.
- Attend to other related tasks as may be delegated from time to time.
- * With at least 5 years experience as manager.
- * 10 years MEDREP experience is A MUST.
- * Salary depends on qualification and experience. Indicative salary is GROSS (Basic + Allowances) for 26 work days. Additional Commission on meeting monthly target.
- * Willing to enter into an 18 month minimum employment contract.
