Healthcare Customer Service Representative /work onsite set-up

Description - Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare clients in a professional manner.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding inquiries, appointments, and services.
- Assist patients with registration and scheduling of appointments.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: atleast 6 months of bpo experience handling healthcare account
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic and patient-focused attitude
- Working Conditions: Onsite work environment
