We’re looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our team in a Remote capacity. In this full-time role, you will own high-value B2B professional services accounts and serve as the strategic lead for client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of integrated marketing solutions.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow complex client accounts, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
- Coordinate integrated marketing efforts across SEO , paid media , content , email , and web to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, confidently presenting strategies and results to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to manage project scope, timelines, and budgets effectively.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role within a B2B professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies and agency operations.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in engaging with senior leadership.
- A commercially minded approach with a track record of successfully managing budgets and project scopes.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM tools and project management software.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms to measure campaign performance.
