We are looking for a part-time B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our remote team. In this role, you will reach out to grocery stores, mini markets, convenience stores, and other retailers across the United States. If you have strong English communication skills and a professional phone manner, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Make 20–30 outbound calls per day to potential clients in the retail sector.
- Introduce our services and products to grocery stores and convenience stores.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team to follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
What You Bring
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Strong organizational skills to manage call logs and appointment schedules.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred but not required.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CRM software and call tracking tools.
- Experience in the retail or grocery industry.
