About the role
The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing store operations across multiple branches, particularly in locations in SM MOA. This role ensures the smooth implementation of daily procedures, staff performance monitoring, proper policy enforcement, and consistent food and service quality.
Key responsibilities
Visit and supervise different branches based on operational needs and step in as Officer-in-Charge in stores without an assigned Store Supervisor
Ensure daily operations (kitchen and counter) are running smoothly, efficiently, and in line with standard operating procedures
Supervise staff performance and provide on-the-spot guidance to ensure quality service and productivity
Conduct training for new team members on company policies, customer service, kitchen procedures, hygiene, and POS usage
Regularly check and evaluate compliance with operational procedures, food safety, cleanliness standards, and customer service guidelines, and report findings with recommended corrective actions
Check stock levels, review inventory reports, and verify that stock handling, rotation, and storage are properly executed
Ensure that deliveries in various stores are checked properly and that received items meet quality and quantity requirements
Review and validate daily sales and inventory reports to ensure accuracy
Ensure consistent enforcement of company rules and policies across branches
Respond to customer concerns or complaints in the store and resolve issues promptly and professionally
About you
Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related food field
Supervisory experience in the food industry or retail setting
Strong knowledge of store operations, including kitchen, counter, cashiering, and inventory
Experience in training staff or leading multi-branch teams is a strong advantage
Willing to travel or be assigned to various store branches on rotation
