Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with vehicle owners, repair shops, and fleet managers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Parts and Service Sales: Promote and sell automotive parts, add-on accessories, service packages, and maintenance plans.
- Order Processing: Handle customer orders, verify pricing, check inventory or delivery dates, and process warranty claims accurately.
- Problem Resolution: Listen to client complaints or mechanical concerns and coordinate with service technicians or parts managers to find practical solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on new vehicle features, replacement parts, and automotive industry trends to provide expert advice.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: High school diploma or a college degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, retail sales, or the automotive industry.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal, listening, and negotiation skills to handle client inquiries and resolve conflicts.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in office software (MS Excel, Word) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver's license and clean driving record, especially for field or outside sales roles.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Automotive Monitoring / Trouble shooting Experience.
- Traits: High attention to detail, good communication skills, and data confidentiality.
Pay: Php18,000.00 to 20,000 per month
