About the role
This role involves processing the releasing of shipments at the BOC and other sub-ports, preparing and securing documents for customs inspection, and managing logistics coordination for container pull-outs and goods delivery to cold storages.
Key responsibilities
Process the releasing of shipments at the BOC and other sub-ports as needed
Prepare and secure completeness of documents for customs inspection and examination
Check accuracy of all documents for the releasing and delivery
Arrange truck bookings for the pull out of containers from port with truck dispatcher and TABS Booking
Responsible for the handover of required NMIS documents for the delivery of goods to different cold storages
Monitor movement of releasing while truck is at port until departure
Secure BAI/NMIS receipts every after releasing for liquidation purposes
Monitor turn over and transmittal of GPS Devices as time required
Check completeness of documents for office filing and archiving
As the needs arises, assigned as warehouse checker
About you
Graduate of BS in Customs Admin or any business-related course
Must have at least 6 months of work experience in the same field
Knowledgeable in Import-Export clearance procedures
With Logistics and Transportation background
Familiar with process and guidelines of government agencies (BOC, BAI, DEA, NMIS, etc)
Good communication skills
Attention to details
Computer Literate
With analytical and technical skills
Fast Learner and open minded
