- The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent service to customers by answering inquiries, addressing complaints, and processing orders. They ensure that customers have a positive experience with the company and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person.
- Assist with product or service-related questions and provide solutions.
- Handle complaints, process returns or exchanges, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Process orders, billing inquiries, and resolve technical or service issues.
- Document customer interactions in the company’s CRM or database.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed customer service performance targets (e.g., call response times, satisfaction ratings).
- Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- Physically fit
- With valid original barangay and police clearance
- Good with customer service is an edge
- Detail-oriented, and good with customers
