What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or any related field
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments, basic networking concepts, and cloud services
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
- Basic understanding of GitHub, programming, database applications, or CLI commands is an advantage
- Experience or knowledge in POS systems is a plus

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software, hardware, and network issues
- Perform root-cause analysis to prevent future problems
- Document technical issues and solutions using our ticketing system
- Assist in system installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance
- Provide end-user training on software usage and IT best practices
- Ensure timely resolution of escalated tickets
- Collaborate with development teams to suggest improvements or bug fixes
- Report daily to the team leader on progress and technical challenges
- Build strong working relationships with end-users, developers, and project managers
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support our IT and client success goals
