About the role
Convergence Realty & Development Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant (Real Estate) to join our growing team in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will provide essential legal and administrative support to our real estate division, playing a key role in ensuring the successful completion of a variety of property transactions and developments.
What you'll be doing
- Assist the legal team with drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support the legal team's work
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, records, and databases
- Coordinate with clients, external counsel, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and timely responses
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations
- Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant property laws, regulations, and industry best practices
What we're looking for
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management or Political Science
- Preferably with 2 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal, preferably in a real estate or property law environment
- Newly Graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in using legal research tools and Microsoft Office suite
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strongly Motivated to face challenges on work.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Familiarity with Philippine property laws and regulations
