Branch Sales Officer (Non-Life Insurance)

We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Branch Sales Officer to support the growth of our bancassurance business across Metro Manila. In this field-based role, you will work closely with partner bank branches, Relationship Managers, and financial institution partners to drive insurance sales, provide product support, and strengthen branch engagement. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- With 3 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or bank-based financial services.
- Experience working with or supporting bank branch networks is an advantage.
- Preferably with Non-Life Insurance experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple branch accounts.
- Willing to do field work within Metro Manila.
