Position: Shipping Coordinator -CSR Industry: Japanese Shipping and Cargo Firm Work Location: Biñan Laguna Work Schedule: Fixed Day shift (8am to 5pm only) Work Setup: Onsite Salary Range: Php 18,000 - Php 25,000

With or without experience are encourage to apply. Willing to undergo training. Willing to work using emails and calls with customers. Amendable to work onsite. Amendable to attend face to face interview. Job Responsibilities: Act as the primary customer contact for shipping-related inquiries Provide order status updates, delivery confirmations, and shipment tracking information. Arrange and coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers and freight forwarders Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs paperwork Monitor shipment schedules and track deliveries to ensure on-time arrival Resolve shipping issues, delays, damages, or discrepancies with carriers Recruitment Process: (Face to Face) Initial Interview Final Interview Job OfferVacancy posted more than 2 months ago
