- Assist in the resolution of client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate (0–2 years).
