Sales Account Executive

- Responsible for developing and managing client relationships.
- Identify sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to enhance client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, conduct market analysis, deliver presentations, and achieve sales targets.
- Required with vehicle and can drive
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Reports to Territory Sales Manager
- Working location: Cebu and Davao
- Salary: 20k to 25k with allowance and commission
- Working schedule: Monday to Saturday (full-time and urgent)
- Required with vehicle and existing clients
- With existing projects, contact in Developers, Group of Architects, Engineers and Shops
- Must complete requirements and can start in 1 week
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Competitor Analysis, Public Speaking, Customer Relationship Management, both B2B and B2C sales, CRM software, and MS Office. Driving skills are essential.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with travel to client sites as necessary.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, persuasive, results-driven, and adaptable.
