Join wrrk as a Seasonal Customer Support Professional and help deliver exceptional customer experiences for one of our growing eCommerce clients. This is a remote, seasonal opportunity with the potential to gain valuable experience supporting a fast-paced global brand.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer support primarily through email
• Resolve customer questions with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Research customer issues and provide accurate, timely solutions
• Document customer interactions clearly and thoroughly
• Collaborate with teammates and leaders to ensure a consistent customer experience
• Learn and navigate multiple customer support tools and systems
• Use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency while applying your own judgment and critical thinking

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in customer support using a helpdesk or ticketing platform
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily work while verifying accuracy and applying sound judgment

Technical Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A Windows PC with at least 16 GB RAM or a Mac that meets the required system specifications
• Dual displays (two monitors or a laptop with an external monitor)
• Reliable primary internet connection
• Reliable backup internet connection (secondary ISP, mobile hotspot, or similar)
• Webcam and microphone
• A quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for remote work
