Business Analyst

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing existing systems, gathering and documenting business requirements, and ensuring that solutions meet both business and technical needs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, clients, developers, and testers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Analysis Analyze existing systems, application behavior, source code, and documentation to understand business processes and system functionalities. Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements. Create and maintain comprehensive System Requirement Specifications (SRS). Conduct workshops, meetings, and discussions with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project requirements. Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process and system improvements. Testing & Quality Assurance Design and develop detailed Test Suites and Test Cases based on approved requirements. Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) to validate system functionality and integration points. Document test results, findings, and recommendations. Investigate, analyze, and document defects and system issues. Collaborate with development teams to resolve identified issues and validate fixes. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support Support end-users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Guide users through test scenarios and provide clarifications on system functionality. Track, document, and communicate UAT issues and feedback. Coordinate with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution. Stakeholder Management & Communication Act as the bridge between business users, clients, and technical teams. Present requirements, findings, and recommendations in a clear and structured manner. Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery. Provide recommendations to enhance system performance, usability, and business processes. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience creating System Requirement Specifications (SRS), Business Requirements Documents (BRD), and Test Cases. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Experience with System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
