About the role
Head Psychologist position based in Quezon City Branch. The role involves clinical psychology practice, psychological assessment, counseling services, and clinical supervision.
Key responsibilities
Conduct clinical interviewing and psychological assessment
Provide individual and group counseling
Maintain client relationships and strict confidentiality
Write psychological reports and communicate findings
Review and revise psychological reports
Provide clinical supervision
Manage operational aspects of the role
Problem-solving in clinical and operational contexts
About you
Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
Active PRC Psychologist license
Proficient in clinical interviewing, psychological assessment, individual/group counseling
Strong skills in report writing and communicating findings
Strong grasp of psychometric theory and assessment methodology
Knowledge of Philippine mental health laws and PAP/PRC ethical standards
Proven ability in clinical supervision and operational management
Good moral character
Physically and mentally fit
7 years of related experience is highly preferred
