Head of Product Training

The Role

Do you enjoy teaching people, solving real business problems, and finding better ways to help MSMEs learn? Are you someone who can lead a team, understand a product deeply, and turn what you learn from clients into better ways of working?

As Head of Product Training , you’ll lead the team responsible for helping UTAK POS clients understand, adopt, and get the most value from our system. You’ll oversee the education journey for both the internal team and our clients—from training and onboarding to refreshers, webinars, and ongoing learning that drive product adoption and help users get the most out of the system.

What You’ll Do

• Department Leadership: You’ll lead, coach, and develop the Education & Training team, ensuring trainers are supported and consistently delivering quality education.
• Performance & Training Quality: You’ll track training KPIs, client engagement, and trainer performance while improving training standards and delivery based on results.
• Training Strategy & Client Activation: You’ll improve training strategies and monitor completion and activation rates to help clients successfully adopt and use the system.
• Product Expertise & Problem-Solving: You’ll maintain a strong understanding of the product’s features and workflows, helping the team provide accurate guidance and practical solutions to client challenges.
• Strategic Initiatives & Hands-On Support: You’ll develop initiatives that encourage ongoing learning and product adoption beyond onboarding through programs like webinars, check-ins, and similar activities.
• Training Operations: You’ll oversee training schedules, coordination, and administrative processes to keep sessions organized and running smoothly.
• Client Insights & Product Collaboration: You’ll identify recurring client questions, challenges, and feedback, then work with Product and Tech to communicate feature requests and opportunities for improvement.
• Cross-Department Onboarding: You’ll ensure all members of the company have robust and updated product knowledge, especially client-facing teams and during onboarding periods.
• Education Programs & Materials: You’ll develop training materials, guides, presentations, and learning programs for internal teams and clients, including refreshers, webinars, and feature updates.
• Client Data Education: You’ll help clients understand and interpret UTAK POS reports, using sales and operational data to guide better business decisions.

• Proactive & Innovative: You actively look for ways to improve learning, strengthen product adoption, and create new opportunities for client education.
• Collaborative & Hands-On: You work well across departments, turn client feedback into actionable insights, and are willing to step in to support training and complex cases when needed.
• Bonus: You have experience with POS systems, SaaS products, customer education, training programs, business consulting, or similar client-facing environments.

Note: This is a 90% WFH set-up.
