Driver – Qualifications - High school graduate or equivalent; vocational training is an advantage.
- Must possess a valid professional driver's license appropriate to the vehicle to be driven.
- Must have the required driver's license codes/categories, such as Code 1, 2, 3, and 8 , as applicable to company vehicles.
- With at least 1–2 years of driving experience preferred.
- Knowledgeable in basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with traffic rules, road safety regulations, and local routes.
- Physically fit, responsible, punctual, and dependable.
- Must have a clean and safe driving record.
- Good communication skills and professional conduct.
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, or holidays when required.
Driver – Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely transport company employees, guests, documents, materials, and other authorized items to designated locations.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly and in accordance with traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle before and after use.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Monitor fuel, mileage, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Report any vehicle defects, accidents, damages, or mechanical problems immediately.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials or equipment when necessary.
- Follow assigned schedules, routes, and instructions from management.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle-related expenses.
- Ensure that all required vehicle documents and permits are valid and up to date.
- Provide courteous and professional service to passengers and company representatives.
- Perform other driving-related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor or management.
