Inside Sales Associate in Quezon City

The Inside Sales Associate is a sales-oriented role that supports the team in reaching potential clients through effective multi-channel communication. This role focuses on assisting in new account acquisition by helping build a strong sales funnel and promoting Beacon’s portfolio of solution offerings through calls, emails, and other relevant channels.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Inside Sales Associate will play an important role in supporting client acquisition efforts through effective communication and engagement strategies for both outbound and inbound sales opportunities. This role will assist in managing leads, facilitating the initiation of the sales cycle, and contributing to the team’s goal of driving sales revenue. Responsibilities: ● Building a sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities (Outbound Sales)

• Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships (Inbound Sales)
• Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and

understanding their requirements ● Understand the company’s portfolio of solution offerings, enough to sufficiently pitch and/or present the company’s solution offerings through various channel

• Stay updated with the company’s portfolio development and improvement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create account penetration strategies and

materials ● Initiate client acquisition cycle and hand over qualified leads to the business development managers with the objective of closing the sale ● Maintaining and updating the lead generation database, keeping accurate records of client profiles ● Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or any related course
• Fresh graduate to at least 1 year of experience in sales support, telemarketing, or related

roles (preferably with exposure to IT solutions)

• Basic familiarity with IT solutions and their business applications (training will be provided)
• Interest in learning different aspects of marketing and sales strategies
• Strong research and analytical skills with eagerness to grow in a sales-oriented career
• Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams
