Key Responsibilities
Supervise and oversee telecom infrastructure site activities , including installation, swap-out, upgrade, and decommissioning works
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth site execution
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
Conduct site inspections, audits, and progress monitoring
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and completion reports
Verify materials, tools, and manpower readiness prior to site deployment
Identify and resolve site issues, risks, and delays promptly
Ensure proper documentation, including as-built drawings and acceptance reports
