RF Design Lead Engineer

Description - Lead the design and development of RF circuits and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements.
- Conduct testing and validation of RF designs to ensure performance standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in RF technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in RF Design, IBS/DAS projects, or telecom network performance engineering.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of RF principles and wireless communication
- Experience with RF design and test tools (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers
- Experience in RF simulation software (ex. iBwave)
- Familiarity with wireless standards (e.g., LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi)
- Hands-on experience in RF testing and debugging
