Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage and oversee financial activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and efficient financial operations. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Recordkeeping:

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.

Financial Reporting:

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Prepare management reports, forecasts, and budgets as required.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable Management:
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely payment collections.

Tax Compliance:

• Prepare and file tax returns (local, state, and federal).
• Stay updated on tax regulations to ensure compliance.

Audit and Compliance:

• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Cost Analysis and Budgeting:

• Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with management to create and manage budgets.

Payroll Management:

• Process employee payroll accurately and on time.
• Ensure proper deductions and benefits calculations.

Process Improvement:

• Develop and implement efficient accounting systems and processes.
• Utilize financial software tools to streamline operations.

• Reals Estate Management
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools).
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
