Salary Range: Php100,000-Php150,000

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- 5-7 years of experience in operations and 5-7 years in management roles is an advantage
- With experience in car dealership is a plus
- Amenable to attend interviews
- Can start as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee sales, aftersales operations, administrative functions, and support teams to ensure smooth and efficient dealership performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch KPIs, including profit, revenue, and operational targets.
- Represent the company by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, banks, fleet accounts, and other key partners.
- Participate in management meetings and contribute to strategic planning initiatives to drive growth and operational excellence.
