Collections Assistant

About You & the Role

As a Collections Assistant, you’ll play a key role in managing cardholder accounts, ensuring timely follow‑ups, and supporting customer needs while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Conduct inbound and outbound tele‑calling with cardholders who have over‑limit, past‑due, or delinquent accounts.
  • Apply appropriate collection strategies to reduce losses and mitigate risk.
  • Process customer requests and account maintenance tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain clear documentation of actions taken and outcomes achieved.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently meeting collection targets and deadlines.
  • Demonstrating strong communication and customer service skills during interactions.
  • Effectively applying strategies that minimize delinquency and improve recovery rates.
  • Building trust with cardholders while protecting the Bank’s interests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or equivalent.
  • Above‑average written and oral communication skills.
  • Customer service orientation and ability to handle sensitive conversations.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Makati City.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
