Training Specialist

- Deliver training programs for assigned operational units, including new hire onboarding, ongoing skills enhancement, and other trainings as agreed.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to identified employees related to operations, products, systems, marketing activities, policies, and related system operations
- Support the development and/or develop learning courses in taking into consideration market research for best practices, and current frontline work practices.
- Actively identify performance challenges and skill gaps, and recommend and implement effective solutions to improve performance.
- Complete training-related tasks assigned by the company or senior management, including business and customer research, translation, and other ad hoc projects.
- Minimum 1-2 years of training or learning and development experience - training design and facilitation.
- Strong logical thinking, learning, and ability to grasp new knowledge and company operations rapidly.
- Strong communication and writing skills, and willingness to share knowledge.
- Conversational level English proficiency required.
- Able to work onsite and align training schedules with business operation hours.
- Financial services or fintech industry experience preferred.
