About the Job:
We are looking for FINRA-licensed Customer Service Representatives to join our team and support customers in a financial services environment. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and assisting with account-related concerns while following established financial and compliance procedures.
Qualifications:
- Completed at least 2nd year of college
- At least 1 year of BPO experience
- Must have an active FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 certification
- Strong English communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang and on a graveyard shift
- Can start immediately, if possible.
