Position Overview

We are looking for a Zoho CRM Specialist to manage and support CRM activities, maintain accurate customer and sales records, and help streamline workflows. Experience with Zoho CRM is a MUST , with the ability to work with QuickBooks and Microsoft Outlook integrations being a strong advantage. Zoho CRM supports integrations with both QuickBooks and Outlook for syncing customer, financial, email, calendar, and activity information.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain records in Zoho CRM .
• Update customer, lead, contact, and account information accurately.
• Monitor CRM activities, tasks, and follow-ups.
• Assist with CRM workflows, data organization, and reporting.
• Work with QuickBooks and assist with CRM/accounting data integration when needed.
• Use Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar, contacts, and CRM-related activities.
• Help ensure information is properly synchronized between systems.
• Identify and resolve basic CRM data or integration issues.
• Maintain accurate and organized records.

Requirements

• Zoho CRM experience is a MUST.
• Experience managing CRM databases and customer records.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations and data synchronization is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
