Sales Development Representative (SDR) | Permanent Work From Home | Earn Up to ₱40,000 Monthly
We are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team. If you have experience in outbound B2B sales, lead generation, and appointment setting, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career while enjoying a permanent work-from-home setup.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold-calling activities to identify potential business clients
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM platforms
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of call center sales experience, preferably in outbound B2B sales
- Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar tools
- College Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Work Setup
- Permanent Work From Home
- Preferably residing within Metro Manila or nearby areas
Compensation
Up to ₱40,000 per month
