JOB SUMMARY
The Category Manager/Buyer drives retail profitability by overseeing category development strategy, inventory planning, and in-store displays. He/She analyzes market trends to determine product assortments, manage supplier negotiations, and optimize pricing to ensure the right products are available at the right time and price.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and develop assigned categories (Supermarket - Fresh or Food / Department Store - Fashion or Home) Category sales achievement Category assortment management Vendor management Support store operationsQUALIFICATION
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
