Are you an experienced project professional with strong technical knowledge of LED displays, LFDs, and interactive systems?
We’re looking for a Project Supervisor who can lead project teams, coordinate with clients and suppliers, and ensure digital display projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and according to technical and safety requirements.
JOB SUMMARY
The Project Supervisor will oversee the planning, execution, installation, and completion of projects involving LED displays, Large Format Displays (LFDs), and interactive systems.
The role requires strong project management, technical coordination, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and address project challenges effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
- Oversee pre-installation, installation, and post-installation activities for LED displays, LFDs, and interactive systems.
- Support pre-sales activities, including site inspections, feasibility studies, and technical assessments.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, site partners, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable technical, quality, and safety standards.
- Identify project risks, issues, and potential delays and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and other required documentation.
- Monitor project team performance and provide training, guidance, and development.
- Ensure proper coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project supervision or project management.
- REQUIRED: Knowledge and experience with LED displays and/or LFD (Large Format Display) systems.
- Experience handling installation or deployment projects is an advantage.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to conduct site inspections and work on project locations as required.
