Description - Provide first-level support for technical issues and inquiries.
- Diagnose hardware and software problems and troubleshoot accordingly.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of IT equipment.
- Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians for complex problem-solving.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of operating systems and networks.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
