What Makes This Role Exciting CloudPay is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Specialist to join our Finance team. In this global role, you'll support end-to-end billing operations—ensuring accuracy, resolving queries, and maintaining customer data across multiple markets. You'll work closely with both customers and internal teams to deliver timely, compliant invoicing and play a key role in supporting our monthly billing cycles. - Efficient and effective resolution of customer queries
- Provide assistance with monthly customer billing cycles
- Collaborate internally with the wider finance and operational teams on customer invoicing matters
- Set up new customers, reflect amendments/addendum, and update client and billing information on NetSuite
- Assistance with other pricing/billing-related activities
- 4x/month RTO, Monday to Friday 3PM to 12MN
- Previous experience in international billing
- Understanding of VAT and US Sales tax and how it works across countries
- Good understanding of MSA and related documents
- Price awareness in relation to the invoice process
- Netsuite experience advantageous
- Good Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate to learn, has strong attention to detail, and proactive
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment
