District Head (Sales Support)
Area of Assignment: Laguna and Metro Manila
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any 4–5 year course)
- Strong leadership background
- At least 1 year of experience as Sales Coordinator or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with strong organizational skills
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving ability
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours (may start as early as 4–5 AM)
- Valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction Code 123 or ABC)
- FMCG experience preferred; van salesman experience a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily manpower schedules for the assigned district
- Coordinate with the Assistant Sales Manager on district activities
- Prepare and submit Sales Orders per route
- Review salesmen’s reports, monitor shortages, and prepare required reports
- Guide salesmen on loading/unloading, invoicing, and documentation procedures
- Report issues promptly to the Assistant Sales Manager or Supervisor
- Assist or relieve Van Salesmen during absences
