Financial Reporting Analyst | Hybrid

- Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- Work Setup: Hybrid | Onsite once a week
What we’re looking for:
- Strong background in Finance and Accounting
- Experience working in a Big Four accounting firm (PwC, EY/SGV, Deloitte, or KPMG)
- Knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial reporting
- Experience in income statement variance analysis and management reporting
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and basic formulas
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Analyze financial variances and identify key business performance drivers
- Investigate financial discrepancies and support process improvements
- Assist in preparing quarterly earnings reports, board presentations, and regulatory filings
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, and external auditors
