Job Overview The AP Accountant is responsible for ensuring all supplier invoices are correct and supported by necessary documentations. He/she is in-charged of timely recording of supplier invoices. A Day In The Life
- Coordinates with suppliers and ensures invoices are correct and supported by delivery receipt, receiving report, purchase order, and quotation
- Enters suppliers’ invoices in the ERP while ensuring VAT and withholding taxes are classified and entered correctly
- Prepares the details of all BIR related monthly reports such as expanded withholding taxes, input taxes, output taxes, final withholding taxes, etc.
- File the VAT relief and alphalist on withholding taxes
- Reconciles all input and expanded withholding taxes against the corresponding expense accounts
- Prepares suppliers accruals during month-end closing
- Prepares reconciliation of all assigned Balance Sheet accounts
- Preferably a graduate of bachelor’s degree in accountancy or any business-related course
- Minimum of 3 years accounts payable experience
- Preferably with experience in SAP
- Advanced MS Office skill set
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skill set.
