Position: Human Resource Business Partner

Location: Taguig, City
Salary: Php70,000 – Php80,000
Schedule: Shifting schedule
Work Set up: Hybrid ser-up

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Psychology or any related course.
- At least 5 years of work experience in HR Business Partner role.
- Experience working as HR Generalist in BPO Industry.
- Willing to work at shifting schedule
- Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with operations and assist leader in identifying the workforce needs of the company.
- Develop solutions that will support the company productivity and lead initiatives in employee engagement.
- Responsible in handling employee issues and conflict resolution.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Prepare accurate HR reports and presentations for leadership review.
