The Delivery Consultant plays a vital role in executing high-standard candidate delivery across the Commerce & Industry (C&I) business. This role is purely focused on candidate delivery, ensuring a seamless recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to successful placement. It is designed for an experienced professional who thrives on the technical aspects of candidate delivery, market mapping, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own and execute the end-to-end sourcing strategy for the C&I sector, including long-listing candidates against assigned jobs
2. Collaborate effectively with consultants to shortlist the most suitable candidates for open positions.
3. Build targeted candidate projects on LinkedIn, proactively messaging prospects and guiding them through a structured delivery and sourcing funnel.
4. Advertise assigned jobs across relevant platforms and actively manage the incoming responses.
5. Proactively identify and engage with high-potential talent to build talent pools for future needs.
6. Maintain a strong and consistent flow of qualified candidates through active sourcing and continuous engagement to ensure roles are filled efficiently.
7. Execute full-lifecycle candidate management for a variety of roles within the C&I sector.
8. Act as a subject-matter expert in sourcing, utilising advanced techniques and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM systems to identify talent for complex or hard-to-fill positions.
9. Own the recruitment administration for senior consultants, including essential tasks like calendar management, coordinating interview arrangements, and rigorous process follow-up.
10. Maintain best practices in candidate communication and engagement, ensuring a professional and high-standard experience for all prospects.

Requirements of the role:

1. 6+ years in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful candidate delivery and sourcing
2. Deep knowledge of modern sourcing methodologies, recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRMs), and best practices in candidate engagement and funnel management.
3. A strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and current trends within the Commerce & Industry sector.
4. A disciplined approach to following and optimising structured recruitment processes, with a keen eye for administrative detail and CRM governance.
5. Strong experience interviewing and assessing candidates in either behavioural or competency-based assessment methodologies
6. Excellent verbal and written skills to deliver clear guidance to team members, collaborate seamlessly with onshore counterparts, and present compelling pitches to candidates.
