Job Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and priorities.

• Conduct Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) and provide personalized recommendations for life insurance, health protection, savings, and investment solutions.

• Educate clients on the importance of financial planning, wealth protection, and long-term financial security.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular reviews and after-sales service.

• Generate leads through referrals, networking, social media, and other prospecting activities.

• Assist clients throughout the application and policy approval process.

• Attend company trainings, coaching sessions, and professional development programs.

• Achieve individual sales and activity targets while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.

• Continuously expand knowledge of financial products, market trends, and industry best practices.

• Contribute to team growth by participating in meetings, events, and business-building activities.
