Customer Service Representative NO BPO Experience (Makati)

Job Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer issues while ensuring a positive customer experience. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Meet performance and quality standards set by the company. Follow company policies and procedures at all times. Qualifications: At least 18 years old. High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum). No BPO experience required. Previous experience in an international account is an advantage but not required. Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules, including night shifts.
